vegan alternative to cottage cheese. high in protein. one serving is 1/2 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Cottage Cheese

1 lb firm tofu
1 T tahini
1 T olive oil
4 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Tofu Cottage Cheese

  1. Puree half tofu and remaining ingredients.

  2. Mash other half of tofu in bowl.

  3. Add the pureed ingredients to the mashed tofu.

  4. Chill and eat.
