Recipe Ingredients for Tofu & Collard Scramble

12 ounce Organic Tofu
2 cup, chopped Collards
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tofu & Collard Scramble

  1. Saute onion, sesame and grated ginger in olive oil until tender.

  2. Add finely sliced collards and saute until bright green.

  3. Add drained and crumbled tofu and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through (5 mins or so.)

  4. Serve with tahini sauce if desired.
