Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Chicken Salad

8 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
0.5 cup, sliced Onions
3 oz Firm Tofu
1 tbsp Fruit Butters, Apple
14 grams Garlic Stuffed Olives

Recipe Directions for Tofu Chicken Salad

  1. Chop tofu, onion, and cucumber into 1/2 inch cubes.

  2. Dice olives into 1/8 inch cubes.

  3. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl, mix well. Store in your fridge for up to two weeks.
