Tofu Burgers Recipe

yum. serve on a burger bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayonaise and caramalised onion if you please.

Recipe Ingredients for tofu burgers

300 grams tofu
1 cup mushrooms
1 small onion
2 cups bread crumbs
4 garlic cloves
4 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for tofu burgers

  1. saute onions in frying pan, add mushrooms and saute until cooked.

  2. blend tofu in blender with garlic cloves crushed, and basil or parsley.

  3. Mix onions and mushrooms with tofu mix in mixing bowl.

  4. Add tomato sauce, balsamic vinegar, and eggs.

  5. Put in fridge for 30 minutes.

  6. Form burger patties and fry on one side on low heat until golden brown.

  7. Flip patty and cook otherside.
