Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Burgers

1 lb , PC low fat tofu
2 c oats
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 small onion, minced

Recipe Directions for Tofu Burgers

  1. Wash tofu under running water and drain.

  2. Crumble it into a large bowl.

  3. Place oatmeal in blender and blend until you have a coarse flavor.

  4. Add oats to tofu; mix well.

  5. Add all remaining ingredients (mix with hands). F

  6. orm into burger-sized patties.

  7. Spray a fryingpan with non-stick cooking spray and fry for 6-8 minutes per side.
