Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Broccoli Stir Fry

12 oz Mori-nu, Tofu, Silken, Extra Firm
12 oz Broccoli
1 cup, chopped(149 g) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 tbsp Corn Starch
6 serving Bragg's Liquid Aminos- 1/2 tsp
2 serving Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
3 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tofu Broccoli Stir Fry

  1. wisk together corn starch, Braggs, Rice Vinegar & sesame oil - set aside

  2. drain & cut tofu into 1/2" cubes, put into hot olive oil in lg pan, brown

  3. add veggies, stir fry till tender/crisp

  4. add reserved liquid, stir fry till sauce forms & thickens

  5. can be served over rice - 4 servings; or as is with no starch for 2 servings.
