3 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 small onion
6 oz broccoli
4 1/2 oz extra firm tofu
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 tbsp vegetable oil

  1. saute onion, garlic, tofu until brown

  2. add broccoli

  3. add oyster sauce when everything is cooked
