Recipe Ingredients for Tofu - Broccoli Curry

1 cup broccoli
350 g firm tofu
1 onion
1 tomato
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tofu - Broccoli Curry

  1. Steam broccoli & tofu

  2. Fry oil, chopped onion and tomato to paste

  3. Add salt and 1 tbsp curry powder

  4. Add steamed broccoli and tofu and bring the mixture to boil
