Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Breakfast Scramble

8 oz tofu
1 small red onion
4 medium mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Tofu Breakfast Scramble

  1. chop up tofu, onio, and mushrooms and throw in the skillet over low heat. You can cook it in vegan butter, but I just use water.

  2. Seasonings I like to add: black pepper, crushed red pepper, little sea salt, Italian seasonings.

  3. Sometimes I add some vegan cheese (yes there are delicious vegan cheeses now... go for Vegan Gourmet!)

  4. Add some ketchup if you like.

  5. Ready in about 10 minutes!
