180 grams Blackberries
20 grams 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
70 grams Sugars, Granulated
2 grams Agar-Agar

Recipe Directions for TOFU AND BLACKBERRIES DESERT

  1. BLEND SOFT TOFU WITH MILK TILL IT HAS A NICE SOFT CONSISTENCY

  2. BLEND BLACKBERRIES WITH SUGAR AND AGAR POWDER AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES

  3. THEN ADD TO YOUR BLENDER WITH THE TOFU MIXTURE

  4. BLEND

  5. POUR IN 5 CUPS

  6. REFRIGERATE FOR ONE HOUR AND SERVE WITH WHOLE BLACKBERRIES OR OTHER FRUITS
