I really like this...but too much sodium!

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu with Black beans and Garlic

14 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup extra firm tofu
2 tsp. grated ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tsp. sesame oil
3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

Recipe Directions for Tofu with Black beans and Garlic

  1. Heat sesame oil. Saute garlic and beans for two minutes. Add tofu and ginger. Saute for two more minutes. Add Hoisin. Heat thoroughly. Serve over brown rice.

  2. Enjoy!!
