Hearty Stew with lots of flavour and a good vegetarian option

Recipe Ingredients for tofu and bean stew

2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves, raw Garlic
14 oz Organics Vegetable Broth
19 oz Unico White Kidney Beans
28 oz Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
350 grams Extra Firm Tofu
2 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for tofu and bean stew

Heat oil in pan and brown tofu cubes. Add garlic, beans, broth and tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add spinavh and 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper. cook until greens are wilted then serve.
