2 1/2 cups brown rice
6 cups tomato
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 large onion, diced
2 red pepper medium
1 1/2 cup tofu

  1. 2 cans of crushed tomatos

  2. 1 can of tomatoe paste

  3. 2 cans of lima beans

  4. 1 package of ground chicken or chicken tenders or tofu

  5. 1 large onion

  6. 2 medium red peppers

  7. 2 cloves of garlic

  8. 2 tbls of spicy red pepper sauce

  9. 1 cup of brown rice (dry)
