Can be vegan if you use a substitute for honey (such as syrup or sugar).

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Bake

16 oz tofu
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Tofu Bake

  1. Mix all ingredients except the vegetable oil and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinade the tofu.

  2. Add the oil, mix.

  3. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn once. Add more time if tofu is not brown on the sides.
