Recipe Ingredients for Todd's omelet

2 eggs
1/4 c 1% milk
1/2 c spinach
1 roma tomato
1/8 c feta cheese
1 pam spray

Recipe Directions for Todd's omelet

Mix milk and eggs. Spray frying pan w/ Pam and heat up. Add egg mixture. Once it's fried add tomato, spinach and feta cheese. Fold over and let cheese melt.
