Recipe Ingredients for Toasty Start Master Granola Mix

0.5 cup, whole Almonds
0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts
2 cup Regular Rolled Oats
0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
0.5 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.33 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Toasty Start Master Granola Mix

  1. Heat oven to 325 F. Place dried fruits, raisins or berries in a separate bowl (to be added after baking). Combine the spice and sweetener with the oil and stir well. In a larger bowl, add the nuts, rolled oats, seeds and vanilla; mix well. Pout the oil mixture over the dry ingredients, stir well to blend.

  2. Lightly oil two baking sheets. Transfer granola to the baking sheets, spread evenly. Bake for 20-30 min, or until golden brown.

  3. Remove from oven, let it cool completely. Bread into small chunks (if necessary) and store in an airtight container.
