A lightly toasted quesadillia-style tuna wrap. Totally satisfying!

Recipe Ingredients for Toasted Tuna Salad Wrap with Cheddar & Field Greens

1 whole wheat tortilla
2 oz tuna
15 g light mayonaise
7 1/2 g sweet relish
20 g cheddar cheese
20 g lettuce
20 g sweet green peppers
10 g celery
10 g carrot
10 g green onion

Recipe Directions for Toasted Tuna Salad Wrap with Cheddar & Field Greens

  1. Mix tuna, mayo and relish in a bowl (usually 1 can and 2tbsp mayo, 1tbsp relish, then divide into 2 portions, wrap one and put in fridge).

  2. Heat non-stick frying pan to medium-high. NO OIL/BUTTER/SPRAY.

  3. Spead tuna salad on half of tortilla. Top with shredded carrot, chopped peppers, chopped celery, chopped green onion. Fold tortilla, press and place in frying pan for about 1.5 mins.

  4. Flip tortilla carefully and heat for another 1.5mins.

  5. Place on cutting board, pull back tortilla and stuff with field greens. Press closed and cut in half to serve.

  6. Yummy!
