200 grams Apricots, Dried, Sulfured, Uncooked
250 grams Pitted Dates
200 grams Banana Chips
175 grams Dried Fruit Snacks
175 grams Whole Natural Almonds
225 grams Brazil Nuts Whole Shelled Raw
200 grams Cashew Nuts
175 grams Coconut Flakes
35 grams Baking Nuts Pecan Halves

Recipe Directions for Toasted Trail Mix

  1. Roughly chop or crush the nuts and dry roast in a heavy based saucepan with the coconut flakes, turning contstantly, until the coconut begins to brown.

  2. Chop the fruit and add to the nuts in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Transfer to airtight containers for storage.
