Recipe Ingredients for Toasted Portabella Sandwiches with Braised Greens

16 ounce Portabella Mushrooms
1 lb Cooking Greens
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp olive oil
4 oz Ciabatta Bread
4 oz mozzerella
1 tbsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Toasted Portabella Sandwiches with Braised Greens

  1. Stem portabella mushrooms. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp olive oil, garlic salt, and some fresh chopped parsley. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes until sizzling.

  2. Meanwhile, add remaining olive oil to pan over medium heat and add chard. Saute with garlic salt and fresh parsley until wilted and soft.

  3. Slice cooked mushrooms and layer on the bread with the chard. Top with cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted.
