Recipe Ingredients for Toasted Oat and Berry Yogurt Parfait

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup berries
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Toasted Oat and Berry Yogurt Parfait

Toast oats and cinnamon in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes. Top yogurt with oats, berries, and honey. Alternate them prettily in a parfait dish, if you like.
