Recipe Ingredients for Toasted muesli

88 g dried fruit
100 g butter
121 g soy flakes, Lowans
229 g rice flakes, Lowans
250 g rolled oats
110 g raisins
54 g coconut, shredded
69 g sesame seeds
90 g pumpkin seeds
90 g sunflower seeds
64 g milk, skim
56 g honey

Recipe Directions for Toasted muesli

  1. Melt butter, oil and milk together.

  2. Add to dry ingredients (not fruit) in large bowl and mix thoroughly.

  3. Heat oven to 100 degrees celsius.

  4. Spread out on oven trays and toast until crisp and golden.

  5. Wait until cooled, add fruit and store in airtight container.

  6. Serving = 30g
