Fried egg sandwich on lightly toasted & gently buttered, thin sliced french bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Toasted Egg & Cheese

42 3/5 grams Bread, French Or Vienna, Toasted
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp 67% Buttery Spread
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
0.4 cup Fancy Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Toasted Egg & Cheese

  1. Melt tiny amt. margarine in frying pan over medium high heat. When hot, crack two eggs into pan. Break yolks but DO NOT STIR!!! Let cook until sides of eggs start to set. Cut layer of eggs in half. Slide spatula underneath one portion of the eggs and turn over. Do the same to the other portion. Turn off heat after about 40 seconds. (eggs will continue to cook).

  2. Lightly toast bread, brush with margarine. Position eggs on bread to facilitate cheese melting between. Sprinkle with parmesan. OH SOOOO GOOD!
