2 Sprigs Rosmary leaves only finely minced. Serving 6.9 oz.

Recipe Ingredients for Toasted Cumin and Rosemary Rubbed Lamb Chops

2 T Cumin Seed
1 t Kosher Salt
1/4 t Peppercorn (whole)
1 1/2 t Fresh Rosemary
48 oz Lamb Chops

Recipe Directions for Toasted Cumin and Rosemary Rubbed Lamb Chops

  1. In small dry skillet over med-low heat, combine cumin seeds, salt and peppercorns. Toast, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 min. Transfer to a mortar and pstle or spice grinder. Pound or gind to a coarse powder. In small bowl combine the cumin mixture and the rosemary. Mix will and set aside.

  2. Pat lamb chops dry. Rub a bit of the mixture over both sides.

  3. Grill
