Delicious fall chili with just the right amount of fall spice.

Recipe Ingredients for TNB Fall Pumpkin Chili

2 medium onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lb ground beef
29 ounce petite diced tomatoes
30 ounce pinto beans
30 ounce Cannellini
2 tbls olive oil
1 tbsp chili powder
15 ounce pumpkin
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for TNB Fall Pumpkin Chili

  1. In a small bowl add 1 tbsp olive oil to chili powder and stir to combine. set aside

  2. heat 1 tbls olive oil in large stock pot, saute onions and garlic until translucent.

  3. Add cooked ground beef and stir to combine.

  4. Add chili powder olive oil mixture to pot. Heat for 2-3 minutes to release aroma.

  5. Add all cans and stir to combine.

  6. Mix cinnamon, cumin, paprika, and salt into the 4 cups of water, and add to chili.

  7. Heat thoroughly,

  8. Transfer to oven safe dish (if necessary) and place in oven (350 degrees) for 90 minutes.

  9. Remove from oven and serve,
