Recipe Ingredients for TMB Sandwich

1 tbsp basil
2 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared, Toasted
1 serving Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Frozen)
1/4 medium Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for TMB Sandwich

Divide shredded mozzarella into two equal parts. Evenly distribute on 2 slices of brown bread. Pop into the toaster oven til mozzarella is melted and stretchy, layer slices of tomato and leaves of basil. Cut sandwich in half. Makes two servings.
