Homemade granola that is half the carbs, and double the protein of store bought cereal. A serving is 1/3 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for TLC's Greenhouse Granola

3 cups oatmeal
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
4 tablespoons Flax Seeds
1 cup Almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey

Recipe Directions for TLC's Greenhouse Granola

  1. Mix together the dry ingredients.

  2. Heat and stir the oil and honey until warm.

  3. Pour the honey mix over the dry ingredients and carefully stir until well combined.

  4. Spread onto oil sprayed sheet and oven bake at 325 degrees until crispy and lightly browned.

  5. Wonderful with Greek Yogurt or Skim Milk and fruit.
