This cucumber-tomato-onion salad is SCRUMPTIOUS!!! Makes a great snack, too.

Recipe Ingredients for TLC Tracy Cucumber -Tomato- Onion Salad

2 large cucumbers
2 medium red onions
2 large tomatoes
16 oz Itaian Dressing, Zesty Fat Free
2 tbl wine vinegar
1 dash salt (to taste)
1 dash pepper (to taste)

Recipe Directions for TLC Tracy Cucumber -Tomato- Onion Salad

  1. Cut up cucumbers, onion, and tomato in small cubes. Salt and pepper as desired. Add wine vinegar.

  2. Add enough Italian dressing to cover (more or less to desired taste).
