Recipe Ingredients for tjcm's vegitarian chili

28 oz Pinto Beans, no salt added
28 oz kidney beans, no salt added
28 oz black beans, no salt added
12 tbsp chili seasoning (I use Carroll Shelby's Original Texas Brand Chili Kit, I DO NOT USE THE SALT OR MASA FLOUR)
1/2 t cayenne powder
16 oz tomato sauce, no salt added
32 oz water
10 oz canned corn (optional)

Recipe Directions for tjcm's vegitarian chili

  1. rinse all beans

  2. dump all ingredients into crock pot, mixing to avoid seasoning clumps

  3. cook on high to boiling

  4. drop heat to low and cook overnight, stirring as desired

  5. serve hot, may be topped with cheese, sour cream, greek yogurt, or with a side of corn bread muffins!
