Quick, easy, and Oh My Gosh yummy. Considering making some garbanzo bean "meat" (can of beans, half of the juice, 1/2 pkg taco bell meat seasoning, cook on medium till hot, stirring frequently) next time, can also add veggie meat (Morning Star Farms crumbles). ALWAYS pleases the whole family, even the meat lovers. Toppings can be done at the table slice-by-slice and/or adjusted to your family's preferences. ****************************************** About fifteen minutes from the time the oven is preheated.

Recipe Ingredients for Tjcm's Vegetarian Taco Pizza

8 oz bean and cheese dip
1 (400gram) pre-made pizza crust
4 oz finely shreded mexican four cheese
2 T taco sauce
1 c iceburg lettuce, shredded
1/4 c tomato, diced
1/4 c olives, sliced
1/2 avocado, medium
1/4 c sour cream, fat free
4 oz tortilla chips, broken lightly

Recipe Directions for Tjcm's Vegetarian Taco Pizza

  1. Preheat oven per tortilla crust directions (mine is 450 then drop to 425 to bake, I just heat to 425.)

  2. While the oven is heating, spread bean/cheese dip on crust.

  3. Sprinkle with olives.

  4. Drizzle with taco sauce.

  5. Top with some of the cheese.

  6. BAKE (usually 7 to 12 m minutes depending on the crust you buy).

  7. While it's baking, get the rest of the taco ready. I like to put my avocado into a zip-lock and mash it, when it's time, I cut the corner from the bag and squeeze it on instead of chunks of avocado. The bag is also how I do the sour cheese

  8. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with lettuce, tomato, any extra olives you want.

  9. Add avocado, sour cheese, a little more taco sauce, and remaining cheese.

  10. Sprinkle tortilla chips on top.

  11. Serve fresh and hot!!!
