use tyson's italian seasoned chicken and the Bertolli with portabella & parmisane (I think, something like that) mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients for tjcm's mushroom chicken pasta

12 oz pasta sauce, bertolli, mushroom
7 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless
4 oz pasta

Recipe Directions for tjcm's mushroom chicken pasta

  1. Boil water for pasta, while that is going...

  2. Cube chicken.

  3. Put pasta in boiling water, reduce heat to medium.

  4. Heat chicken over medium heat till cooked, 5-15 minutes, in a NON-STICK pan. If you start with it mostly frozen, there's going to be plenty of moisture, especially if you use a lid.

  5. when chicken is done, dump in pasta sauce, turn heat to low-medium, enough for a very light simmer, about five minutes, about the time pasta is done.

  6. Drain pasta.

  7. Serve sauce and chicken over pasta with a LARGE 2-3 servings of steamed carrots, broccoli & cauliflower mixture.
