Recipe Ingredients for tjcm's grilled fruit

2 c pineapple, grilled
1/2 Peach, grilled
3 oz vanilla yogurt
1/6 c honey, sugar free
1/4 t coconut extract
1/2 t lime juice, substitute

Recipe Directions for tjcm's grilled fruit

  1. slice pineapple 1/2 inch thick, cut peach in half remove pit.

  2. mix yogurt, honey, coconut extract, and lime juice, alter amounts to taste.

  3. grill fruit on both sides until grill lines show.

  4. place one half pear and one slice pinapple on plate, drizzle with sauce.

  5. serve warm!

  6. can also just cut fruit and serve it up cold, just as good!
