Recipe Ingredients for TIU strawberry pancakes

0.92 serving vega proteína poder (1scoop=120 cal) 1.3 oz
2 large Egg, White
0.367 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.8 fl oz Vanilla
0.25 cup Blueberries
2 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
1 tbsp Flaxseed

Recipe Directions for TIU strawberry pancakes

  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl to make batter. Spray skillet with fat free/calorie free cooking spray and place on stove at medium high. Pour batter evenly into center of skillet until it forms a circle about the size of your palm.Allow to cook until bubbles start rising in batter throughout the top side of the pancake. Flip pancake with a spatula and allow to cook a couple more minutes until golden brown.

  2. Top with Strawberries and powdered Stevia.
