2 large Egg, White
1 oz 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

  1. mix all ingredients except for the banana.

  2. mash banana and mix in with the rest.

  3. cook on a hot pan, enjoy.
