Recipe Ingredients for TIU peanut butter & jelly pancakes

1 serving tout naturel peanut butter crunchy organic (1tbsp=90cal)
4 oz Egg Whites
2 oz Plain Nonfat
0.5 fl oz Vanilla
1 serving Flaxseed
0.5 scoop Stevia Powder

Recipe Directions for TIU peanut butter & jelly pancakes

  1. ! % cup Egg Whites

  2. ! 1 scoop organic Vanilla Protein Powder

  3. ! 3 Tbs. plain Greek Yogurt

  4. ! 1 Tbs.Vanilla Almond Milk

  5. ! 1 Tbs. Ground Flaxseed

  6. ! 1 tsp. powdered Stevia

  7. ! $ Tbs. all-natural Peanut Butter

  8. (crunchy or creamy)

  9. Mix ingredients together in a bowl to make batter. Spray skillet with fat free/calorie free cooking spray and place on stove at medium high. Pour batter evenly into center of skillet until it forms a circle about the size of your palm.Allow to cook until bubbles start rising in batter throughout the top side of the pancake. Flip pancake with a spatula and allow to cook a couple more minutes until golden brown.

  10. Top with Strawberries and powdered Stevia. 1 Serving
