Recipe Ingredients for TIU No-Huevos Wrap

0.5 cup Egg Beaters
1 serving 100% whole wheat roti (tortilla) (1per serving)
0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.15 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 tsp Cayenne
1 dash Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Hummus

Recipe Directions for TIU No-Huevos Wrap

Add diced tomato, pepper and cayenne and stir together until evenly mixed. In a small skillet cook egg substitute according to directions on package.Warm whole wheat wraps in oven.When the egg substitute is fully cooked take off heat and place in wrap.Add tomato mixture. Roll up and enjoy!
