Chili in a Bowl 3 $ oz Lean Ground Turkey Breast % cup Onion, diced $ cup Tomato, diced $ cup Kidney or Black Beans $ cup Bell Pepper, diced 1 tsp. Jalapeno, diced (optional) $ tsp. chili powder $ tsp. black pepper % tsp. cayenne pepper In a medium saucepan heat beans on low until they come to a simmer. Add in tomatoes and spices; stir to mix thoroughly. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet spray with fat-free cooking spray, cook turkey on medium heat until lightly browned. Mix in onions, and peppers and cook for another minute.Add contents from skillet into saucepan. Slowly add a little bit of warm water if desired to reach preferred consistency. Return to simmer. Remove from heat and serve in a bowl. Quick & Lean Dinner (Karena?s Favorite!) 1 cup frozen veggies (any kind... even easier!) $ Tbs. Olive Oil % cup Garbanzo Beans 10 Raw Almonds % cup Mushrooms, sliced 1 cup Spinach This recipe couldn?t be easier! Cook Veggies in a skillet on Medium with Oil for 3 minutes. Add in Almonds, Mushrooms and Spinach. Add a few shakes of Mrs. Dash (you choose the flavor!) Cook for another 2 minutes. That?s it.All Done :)
