Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes ! % cup Egg Whites ! 3 Tbs. Cottage Cheese ! 1 scoop organicVanilla Protein Powder ! 1 Tbs.Vanilla Almond Milk ! 1 tsp. powdered Stevia ! 1 Tbs. Raisins ! Swirl in 1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Ingredients for TIU CINNAMON SWIRL PANCAKE

1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 oz Egg Whites
1.5 oz Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt
1 serving 365 soy protein powder (1scoop=140cal)
1 fl oz Chocolate
1 packet Stevia

Recipe Directions for TIU CINNAMON SWIRL PANCAKE

  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl to make batter. Spray skillet with fat free/calorie free cooking spray and place on stove at medium high. Pour batter evenly into center of skillet until it forms a circle about the size of your palm.Allow to cook until bubbles start rising in batter throughout the top side of the pancake. Flip pancake with a spatula and allow to cook a couple more minutes until golden brown.

  2. Top with Strawberries and powdered Stevia.
