2 cups Black Beans, mashed $ Onion, minced % cup Ground Flaxseed 2 tsp. Black Pepper 2 tsp. Chili Powder

Recipe Ingredients for TIU BLACK BEAN PATTIE

2 cup Black Beans, Organic
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 oz Flaxseed
2 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for TIU BLACK BEAN PATTIE

  1. Thoroughly mix ingredients to together in a bowl. If the mixture is to dry/ crumbly add water slowly (no more than 1 Tbs. at a tme) until it reaches a smooth/firm consistency.

  2. Form the mixture into 4 burger sized patties. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side or place in skillet sprayed with fat free cooking spray or olive oil and cook until evenly browned.
