Recipe Ingredients for TIU Berry Good Oatmeal w/Yogurt

1/2 cup rolled oats bob's redmill
3/20 cup Blueberries
3/20 cup, halves Strawberries
4 oz Plain Nonfat
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for TIU Berry Good Oatmeal w/Yogurt

  1. Bring water, cinnamon and nutmeg to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in Oats. Cook for about 5 minutes until most of the water has been absorbed. Turn off heat and stir berries into the oatmeal. If desired top with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle (~ 1 tsp.) of honey :)

  2. Have a little Greek yogurt on the side to round out this deliciously sweet breakfast!
