Recipe Ingredients for Tiramisu Pavlova (Tre Stelle)

3 large Egg, White
3 dash Salt, Table
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.06 cup Cornstarch
0.02 cup Lemon Juice
12 tbsp Whipping Cream
12 tbsp Mascarpone
9 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.17 oz Coffee
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.33 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened, Processed

Recipe Directions for Tiramisu Pavlova (Tre Stelle)

  1. Preheat oven to 250F.

  2. In a large clean bowl beat room temperature egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually while beating. Add salt and vinegar and cornstarch gradually and continue beating until mixture is very glossy and stiff.

  3. Lightly dust a 9"x12" cookie sheet with cornstarch. Pour the meringue mixture onto the pan and spread into a 9" diameter, leaving a slight indentation in the middle. Bake for 35-40 minutes and let cool in oven.

  4. In medium bowl beat whipping cream, Mascarpone, sugar, ground coffee beans and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gently spread filling onto meringue. Dust with cocoa powder and top with chocolate covered espresso beans (optional).
