An egg-free version of an Italian classic!

Recipe Ingredients for Tiramisu (Egg-Free)

6.5 oz Powdered Sugar
8 oz Mascarpone
16 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
12 ladyfinger Lady Fingers
0.5 square (1 oz) Baking Chocolate, Unsweetened, Squares

Recipe Directions for Tiramisu (Egg-Free)

  1. Put mascarpone into a mixing bowl and process with a few pulses of a handheld blender until smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine cream, sugar, vanilla, and half of the alcohol.

  3. Mix (by hand or by mixer) until smooth and creamy. STOP when the cream loses its shine on top (otherwise you're on your way to making butter).

  4. Soak lady fingers in a mixture of coffee and alcohol until saturated.

  5. Place soaked lady fingers on the bottom of a baking pan.

  6. Spread 1/2 the cheese mixture on top of the lady fingers.

  7. Cover with a second layer of ladyfinger and the rest of the cheese mixture.

  8. Top with grated bakers chocolate.

  9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  10. ENJOY!
