Turkey Chili using 99% fat free ground turkey breast

Recipe Ingredients for Tina's Turkey Chili w/o beans

1 3/10 lbs of Ground Turkey Breast, 99% fat free, Ground Products
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 large onion
1 Jalepeno pepper (optional)
25 ounce diced tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Tina's Turkey Chili w/o beans

  1. Dice veggies and saute

  2. add meat and brown

  3. season with spices and salt and pepper

  4. Add tomatoes and broth and boil

  5. simmer for 30 minutes

  6. top with a touch of sour cream or reduced fat cheddar cheese and chopped scalions or chives
