Recipe Ingredients for Tina's Tortillas

2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon shortening
3/4 cup of warm water

Recipe Directions for Tina's Tortillas

In mixing bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder together. Cut in shortening until it resembles cornmeal. Add 3/4 cup water and mix until dough can be gather into a ball. Add more water if necessary. Divide into six balls and roll out until 1/8 in thick. Cook in an ungreased skillet on medium heat for about 1 1/2 minutes until light brown or bake on ungreased pizza pan at 350 for about two minutes. Bake 2 minutes until light brown.
