1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 tbsp wheat germ
1 cup ice
4 oz skim milk

Recipe Directions for Tina's Raspberry Smoothie

Place ingredients in order listed into a 32-oz tumbler. Add a packet of calorie-free sweetener if desired. Blend with hand-held immersion blender. Enjoy!
