Same as Easy Chicken Pot Pie but uses chicken breast and cream of mushroom soup - low fat - smaller portions - servings 6

Recipe Ingredients for Tina's Chicken Pot Pie

21 oz Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
30 1/2 oz Veg-All
1 Pie Crusts
1 cup,+chopped+or+diced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tsp Thyme
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Tina's Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Boil Chicken until it is cooked thoroughly. Cut up or shred Chicken into small bite size pieces.

  2. Mix Chicken, Veg-All, and Cream of Mushroom Soup together in a mixing bowl. Add Thyme, Salt and Pepper to your liking.

  3. Pour mixture into pie pan. Put the top Pie Crust over the mixture.

  4. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes uncovered. If made ahead of time in refrigerator cook for about 45min.
