Recipe Ingredients for tina's chicken meatballs with veggies

6 meatballs Blue Menu Italian Chicken Meatballs Reduced Fat
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
2 tbsp Barbecue Sauce Original
0.5 serving Sweet Potatoes
2 cup frozen Cut Green Beans
0.5 cup Frozen Spinach

Recipe Directions for tina's chicken meatballs with veggies

  1. Dice onion, saute lightly in olive oil in cast iron frying pan.

  2. Add frozen ingredients, bbq sauce and 1/4 cup water.

  3. Cover with lid until boiling.

  4. Stir, remove lid, and simmer until liquid evaporates

  5. Meatballs will be cooked through, vegetables will be tender cooked and there will be a little sauce.

  6. Serve and enjoy
