Recipe Ingredients for Tina's Carribean Chili

3 1/2 cups pineapple in juice
3 1/2 cups black beans
3 cups corn
1 cup white rice
3 oz chicken breast
4 oz smoked sausage
2 slices red onion

Recipe Directions for Tina's Carribean Chili

Put one can of corn, one can of black beans, one can of pineapple tidbits in juice, 3 oz of chicken breast and 4 oz or smoked sausage in a pot or crockpot. Add chili powder, garlic salt and 2 slices of chopped red onion. Bring to a boil then let simmer for 60 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cook and flavors blend together.
