Recipe Ingredients for Tims Veg Pot

400 g pumpkin
200 g potato
150 g carrot
100 g courgette
1 pepper yellow
1 pepper green
180 g onion
1 pepper chilies (as 6 small green)
5 cloves of garlic
800 g tomatoes
240 g chickpeas
1 tbsp tomato ketckup
1 tsp tomato puree
2 anchovy fillets
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Tims Veg Pot

  1. fry off onion garlic chili in the oil

  2. add the rest and season

  3. simmer for 40 mins
