Recipe Ingredients for Timatation Mushroom & Cheese Omelette

1/2 tsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Mushrooms
1/4 tsp Dried Basil
1 Omega-3 Egg
4 Egg Whites
1/2 tbsp Water
1/4 cup Colby Cheese
1 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Timatation Mushroom & Cheese Omelette

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add mushrooms and basil and saute, stirring often. In a small bowl beat together the egg and egg whites, pepper, water and salt to taste, until frothy.

  2. Pour over mushrooms and cook on low heat until the egg whites are opaque and almost firm. Sprink with cheese on top.

  3. When cheese begins to melt, fold the omlette in half and cook for another minute.

  4. Serve with fruit on the side.
