Tilda Vegetable biryani + zuchini & asparagus

Recipe Ingredients for Tilda Vegetable biryani + extra veges

100 g basmati rice
5 g onions
5 g potatoes
5 g carrots
5 g beans
5 g sweetcorn
5 ml vegetable oil
2 g salt
2 g sugar
1/10 g garam masala
1/10 g turmeric
1/10 g allspice
1/10 g garlic
1/10 g cinnamon
1/10 g black pepper
1/2 g vegetable stock
75 g zuchini
50 g asparagus

Recipe Directions for Tilda Vegetable biryani + extra veges

  1. chop the woody ends off asparagus and roughly cut into 3cm pieces

  2. slice a small zuchini or use half

  3. place asparagus, zuchini and tild rice from satchet into a bowl, cover and microwave on high for 2 mins

  4. stir

  5. microwave on high from a futher 1.5mins
